Dr Ungku Mohd Shahrin was graduated from Indonesia State University (UI) in 1996, and he completed his residency and compulsory services in Johor General Hospital, Malaysia in 2000. Dr Ungku started to focus on Aesthetic Medical Practice treatment in 2003 and has been practicing Aesthetic Medicine at Lipolisis & Mediceuticel Clinic since 2003 until now.


He undergone several certification and training in the field of Aesthetic Medicine and received his Fellowship of Aesthetic Medicine from American Academy of Restorative and Aesthetic Medicine (AARAM, USA) in 2006. Fully certified and credentialed as aesthetic medical practitioner (LCP) by Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Dr Ungku has also obtained Master of Education from Asia University in 2016.

He was appointed in central as committee member of Malaysia Ministry of Health, Aesthetic Medical Practice division since 2010 until now in assisting the committee to formulate Aesthetic Medical Practice guidelines for Malaysian doctors as well as part of the examiner for Aesthetic Medicine certification process for Malaysian doctors.


Due to his passion in education, specifically in Aesthetic Medicine, he established Medical Aesthetic Certification Academy (MAC) in 2015 and Medical Aesthetic International Certification (MAiC) in 2017 and until now providing more than 600 medical doctors with aesthetic education, knowledge and training.
